3Dsurvey Cloud – How to share your project

Viewing a 3Dsurvey Project as a Client

Accessing the Project

When clients receive a 3Dsurvey Cloud link, they simply paste it into a browser to load the project. Orthophotos, base maps, and true orthophotos can be inspected directly.

Exploring 3D Models

Clients can interact with 3D models in the point cloud view, which becomes denser with zoom. They can switch between views, such as the mesh, by toggling visibility options.

Using Measurement Tools

Clients can verify coordinates by placing points, and perform measurements with tools for distance, height, and area. Selecting the line or height line tools allows clients to measure distances or height differences between points, while the polygon tool enables drawing and measuring complex areas.

Annotating and Exporting

Annotations can be added anywhere on the model with notes or descriptions, and snapshots can be taken, saving a JPEG to the client’s downloads folder.
