How to Create a Drone Mapping Project Report

Overview of the Project Report
The project report is a detailed document containing essential information about your drone mapping project, such as:
- Imported and processed images
- Geo-referencing and camera positions
- Flight characteristics and calculated accuracy
- Ground Control Point (GCP) positions and errors
- Orthophotos and Digital Surface Models (DSMs)
- Processing parameters and an error summary
How to Prepare a General Report
Once your project data is ready, follow these steps:
Generate the Report
Click on Project > Generate Report in the 3Dsurvey software.Select Report Name and Data
Choose a name for your report and select the data elements you want to include.Create the Report
Press the Create button. The report will generate automatically, and a folder with the report file will be displayed.Edit the Report (Optional)
Open the general project report with your preferred document editor. You may edit the content if needed.
This report will serve as a valuable reference for project analysis and as a repeatable workflow for future projects.
